How the seminars take place and what they will cover

American Consumer Education Foundation programs are conducted on-site at your location. The doctor will use full color PowerPoint slides to make the experience extremely stimulating.

The presentations range from a short lunch-and-learn session for 45 minutes, to a two-hour, intensive educational session. Most organizations offer the programs on company time, as they help reduce sick days, on-the-job illness, injuries in the workplace and other health related problems.

We live in the best and the worst of times. Heart disease, cancer, and stroke are the three leading causes of disease related deaths in this country today. At the turn of the century, cancer was an anomaly; almost no one ever died from it. The good news is that the quality of information available to prevent disease is extraordinary and we make much of this information available to you.

In speaking with human resource and healthcare professionals nationwide, it was determined that an integration of several areas of health and wellness information make for the most impactful and actionable health orientations. This program includes fascinating (and often startling) information on nutrition, stress, maximum health and function, exercise, lifestyle choices, even how to actively promote health within your own family.

The programs are designed to be fun, as studies show that we retain a lot more when the content is entertaining. Often, the doctor will donate additional services to the group, such as answering questions on their area of specialty, and free consultations and examinations for audience members. This is at the discretion of each doctor as part of their effort to provide extended community services.
